Nicaragua 2016: The Trials of Trying to Get Home
So, first off...
NICARAGUA UPDATE: We are on our way home and everyone is feeling better. We are flying American Airlines # 928 to Miami and then # 1621 to Minneapolis. We have a bus that will be bringing us back to church around 1 am. Everyone is looking forward to sharing stories with you all!
But then...
NICARAGUA UPDATE: We are stuck in Miami due to bad weather. Our flight has been cancelled and we are waiting for more information. Please pray, the team has been in good spirits, but patience is being tested. We will post more when we find out.
And now...
NICARAGUA UPDATE: Plane tickets have been booked for tomorrow. We have three different groups. One group with a direct flight from Miami leaving at 8pm and arriving to MSP around 11pm (AA 1621). One group with a connecting flight in Dallas, leaving at 5pm and arriving to MSP at 11pm (AA 2427 & AA 239). And another group leaving at 6pm with a connecting flight in Chicago and arriving to MSP at 11:30pm (AA 1612 & AA 1226).
The good news is we will all arrive to MSP around 11:30pm and will take our shuttle back to Calvary with hopes of being back by 1/1:30am.
Please pray that patience continues, that there are no more delays, and that the sick continue to heal. We are anxious to get home!
