An Answered Prayer

   Throughout my whole experience so far of fundraising to go to Nicaragua and on Operation St. Cloud, I have struggled with trusting that God will provide... Yesterday was particularly difficult. As I began to ponder how much I still needed to raise, and by when I need to raise it (early June), I felt overwhelmed. How on earth was I supposed to come up with that much money in such a small window of space?

   As I attempted to grapple with these feelings of worry and inadequacy, I cried out to God to help me. And sure enough, He answered... a lot sooner than expected. I was awoken this morning to a request for my babysitting services. I checked Facebook shortly thereafter only find that I had received a message pledging money in exchange for cleaning and babysitting. And then I came home to two more checks in the mail. Thank you Lord for your unwavering support and providence!
